All orders are handmade with care. • Processing time: 7-10 business days • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times: • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for:  Packages marked as delivered but not received • Delays caused by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
