Halloween Pumpkin Candy Corn Dog Bow Tie and Sailor Bow, Over the Collar (collar not included) features tossed candy corn and pumpkin pails on teal and orange fabric. Bow Tie is made with Signature Cotton fabric, elastic and interfacing material. Fabric is prewashed & dried before sewing. Elastic bands to hold collar are sewn on back. Small band opening is 1 inch, medium measures 1.5 inch and large band opening measures 2 inch. May not be suitable for long haired breeds. Please reach out to me with any questions.
