Patriotic Fourth of July USA Dog Bandana features Dog Bones with Red, White and Blue Stars tossed on Navy Petal Signature Cotton fabric. Scrunchie Bandana made with cotton fabric and elastic band. Fabric is prewashed & dried before sewing. Hand wash with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Scrunchiedana is easy slip on / slip off. Over the Collar design requires a collar (collar not included). Measure pet's neck & chest before ordering. May need to go up a size for long hair breeds. Bandana should fit comfortably around pet's neck.
