Patriotic Patches Scrunchie Dog Bandana and Scrunchie Bow Tie features red, white and blue, stars and stripes patches giving bandana a quilted appearance. "This is not a quilt". Scrunchie Bandana and bow tie are both made with cotton fabric and elastic band. Fabric is prewashed & dried before sewing. Handwash with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Scrunchiedana and Scrunchie Bow Tie are easy slip on / slip off. Measure pet's neck & chest before ordering. May need to go up a size for long hair breeds.
